Capricorn Estate Agency, one of Namibia’s leading real estate agencies, has been providing people with homes, apartments, commercial and residential leases, holiday accommodation – and exceptional service – since 1995. We have built our business on the needs of both buyer and seller through an excellent track record of credibility, sincerity, integrity and especially after-sales support that’s both caring and discreet.

Over the past 13 years we’ve grown from a two-man show to a highly successful business with 11 permanent employees. Six of these are our professional, qualified agents, a healthy mix of young, energetic creative and experienced, no-nonsense veterans. Our most experienced agent, Karen Oosthuizen, was one of the 2 founding members of the business 14 years ago. She became the sole proprietor a few years later and sold the business in May 2006 to the current owner, Andrew Coetzee. Together with Karen, the other five agents are attending to the four main lines of the business: off-plan residential and commercial marketing, sales of existing residential and commercial properties, long and short-term leases, holiday accommodation and of course sectional title complex management. Sales of most of the larger sectional title residential developments were spearheaded by Capricorn - just to mention a few: The On The Beach, An der Welle, Pebble Beach, Sand and Sea, Hafen Street and Strand Street Developments.



Our sectional title management portfolio currently consists of 23 buildings in Swakopmund, Long Beach and Walvis Bay. We have a strong financial department - headed be one of our veterans, Rita Nel - assisting agents with back-up on the rental as well as the building management sides as well as a work force of about 108 cleaners and gardeners at the buildings we manage.
