WALLS:
All walls are to be built with ‘rockface’ plinth with cement bricks above dpc and walls to be plastered both sides.

ROOF:
The roof covering shall be of fiber cement roof sheeting (‘VICTORIAN’ profile), with fiber cement fascias and Marley PVC gutters and down pipes.

Windows:
The windows shall be white powder coated aluminum.

Doors:
All garage doors shall be fiberglass, tip-up garage doors.
The internal doors shall be standard hardboard hollow core doors to be painted, fitted with galvanized lift-off hinges and 2-lever locks with aluminum handles.
The external entrance doors shall be hardwood doors, fitted with galvanized lift-off hinges and cylinder locks with aluminum handles.

CEILINGS:
All new ceilings shall be of gypsum board and painted with PVA. 

FLOORS AND SKIRTING:
Floor coverings to the value of N$80-00/m² including VAT, may be selected by the purchaser.

SANITARY WARE:
TOILETS:               White close coupled suite with seat and lid.
BATHS:                  1700mm standard white acrylic bath with standard mixer.
BASINS:                 Ceramic basin (white) with single taphole and standard mixer.
SHOWER:             Natural anodized aluminium pivot shower door with standard shower
                                mixer.
HWC:                     1 No 150 lit (400kpa) per unit
KITCHEN:             Stainless steel single bowl drop in sink with standard mixer. 

BATHROOM ACCESSORIES:
ALL accessories and fittings to be provided by the purchaser and installed by the developer.

Wall tiles to the value of N$80-00/m² including VAT, may be selected by the purchaser.
